Christmas 2025 Shipping Cut-Off Dates
To help your order arrive before Christmas Day, please place your order by the recommended dates below. These are based on Australia Post’s peak-season guidelines.
Australia (Domestic)
Parcel Post
- Same state (VIC → VIC): Order by 19th December
- Interstate: Order by 16 December
Express Post
- Order by 20th December
Perth, Darwin, Hobart
- Parcel Post: 9th December
- Express Post: 19th December
Regional/remote areas: please order earlier.
We will continue to pack and ship orders quickly, but anything purchased after the recommended dates may arrive after Christmas, depending on Australia Post’s network capacity.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers: Tariff Update
Due to recent U.S. tariff policies, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post and may require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties, which may be imposed by customs or postal authorities in your country of delivery.
To ensure that every customer receives a quality product, all items go through a quality inspection and are packed to ensure that items arrive safely.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Orange Cube confirming your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking link to keep you updated.

Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day during business hours. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends and Victoria public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel. If no one is available to sign, the courier will redirect the parcel to the nearest post office and notify you by leaving a collection card in your mailbox.
If you select ‘Authority to Leave’, you give permission to the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is in attendance. If the courier deems there is no safe place to leave the parcel it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items that have already been shipped.
