Gift Card Terms and Conditions

AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Gift Cards issued by Orange Cube ACN 641 719 342 as of 1st December 2020. By purchasing an Orange Cube Gift Card, you agree to the Terms and Conditions laid out below. We recommend you read the Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing an Orange Cube Gift Card. We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time where a change is required for any reason. 

  

ADDING MONEY ONTO YOUR GIFT CARD 

Select from the balances available you wish to be loaded online or request a gift card from a salesperson in store. A minimum of $50 can be loaded on each Gift Card. There is no maximum value which can be loaded in store. 

Once the transaction is complete, your Gift Card will be activated and ready for use. If there is a delay with the activation, please wait for the Gift Card to be activated or speak to one of our in-store salespeople or alternatively email info@orangecube.com.au. 

  

EXPIRY 

Orange Cube Gift Cards have an expiry date of 3 years from the date of purchase. The purchase date will be written on the card for reference. 

 

REDEMPTION 

Gift Cards may be redeemed in-store and online. 

Present your Gift Card at the point of sale at the Orange Cube store or enter the code in at the checkout online with the items you wish to purchase. The transaction will be completed once the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. 

The Gift Card can be used in its entirety or over multiple transactions until the Gift Card value completely depleted. 

  

PURCHASES EXCEEDING THE GIFT CARD VALUE 

For purchases exceeding the Gift Card value, the excess must be paid using another payment method. 

  

REFUNDS ON PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARD 

If you request a refund on an item which meets the Orange Cube refund policy, the refund will be processed back onto the Gift Card. Refunds on purchases made with your Gift Card will not be refunded back as cash or deposit onto cards. If the original Gift Card is lost or thrown out due to the balance being depleted, the refund will be processed onto a new Gift Card. 

  

CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT CARD? 

You cannot exchange your Gift Card for another Gift Card, cash, discount, or a different denomination. 

  

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GIFT CARDS 

Prior to purchasing a Gift Card, please ensure that the Gift Card has not been damaged or tampered with and is in good condition. A re-issue on a damaged or faulty Gift Card is not available unless the damage or fault to the Gift Card is proven to have occurred as a result of the production process. If you have any trouble with your gift card purchase online please contact us at info@orangecube.com.au. 

  

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS 

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
